This rendition reminds me of Thai Red Curry yet somewhat not that spicy with a tinge of sweetness lingering note, and the creaminess is not too cloying even without any rice. The fish of the day is barramundi sourced in the region, and the white clams and mussels are well-handled and juicy. The gravy goes well with the curry-spiced papadum. A must order!
