Al-dente cooked curly noodles topped with lava egg, prawn dumplings, fatty char siew and granny's braised minced meat. The dumplings are handmade and generously filled with prawns, pork and chestnut. Springy strands of kolo mee are well tossed in a sweet and savoury sauce with chilli. The only disappointment was the four pathetic and small slices of char siew served on my plate otherwise everything else was good and worth a revisit 》$5
