Honestly so surprised that this dish worked so well! Their Matcha Maple bagel looked so hippy and gimmicky, I must admit feeling quite afraid it'd just taste like a load of processed sugars. But surprise surprise, it was actually very tasty and refined! The maple matcha marscarpone for one is definitely worth a mention: smooth, rich, with matcha's distinct characteristic bitterness and powdery texture, and sweetened just right. If sweet bagels aren’t your thing though fret not, their savoury creations are uh-ma-zing.
