Taizo-san started his career at an Italian restaurant in Tokyo Shibuya town. He moved to โAponte Italian restaurantโ in Ebisu Town. In 2019 Taizo-san decided to move to Singapore and this is his first experience out of Japan. Love how he marry the Italian cooking with fresh Japanese ingredients.

Love how he marry the Italian cooking with fresh Japanese ingredients. We tried the Tasting Dinner Menu priced at S$98++ per person (4-course). I especially love the Mozzarella Al Forno. The OMI Wagyu is so rich in flavours!
