This is the last Ka Soh fish bee Hoon restaurant. All the others including those in Malaysia are closed.

When we arrived for lunch, there were only 4 tables occupied. I think this 5 persons per table if vaccinated is not working to the advantage of restaurants

Ordered our usual sliced fish bee hoon, frog legs with ginger, prawn paste chicken and for veg today, we order fried kailan with beef. Total damage came up to just over $100 including tea and GST.

Bee Hoon was great as usual, the frog legs a bit off today cause the slices of ginger was like chewing tree bark. The prawn paste chicken was crispy with the meat inside the batter juicy and succulent. Kai Lan with beef was normal.

I’ll be back to support this old institution of Cantonese style cooking. Have to.
