Fav dish among all here. Very light and flavourful and refreshing as well. Very strong truffle taste, which i like😊
🐟assorted sashimi.
Sashimi was quite fresh except for some of the fish. The tinge of orange zest really makes a difference. It brings the freshness to the next level.
🍣aburi sushi.
Very disappointed with the aburi sushi. Ingredients tastes not really fresh and rice was falling apart.( tried the best aburi sushi in Singapore)
🍱premium wagyu don.
Looks was supper appetizing and first few spoonful were superb! Like different fatty flavours explosion inside the mouth. Beef was tender and seasoned perfectly. But after that, it gets very sickening. Maybe they could downsize the portion so that diners can finish it without the feeling of too heavy or jelat. (Ps. Foie gras taste better when dipped with soy sauce. So indulgent!)
🤔overall, quite disappointed with the quality of the ingredients here. Need more improvements.
