A series of new dishes have launched at Yao Yao such as their super combination series of pairing their signature sauerkraut fish with new flavours such as the Sichuan poached US kurobuta pork. Another new dish is the spicy Sichuan crispy chicken with broad bean which you can give it a good mix when served to further accentuate the aroma and flavours. A mainstay in the restaurant’s concept is the serving of Peking duck that comes with their homemade sesame-mustard sauce and traditional duck sauce.
