Happy to have discovered this unassuming roadside stall that doles out hearty Vietnamese and Chinese-ish eats! The Beef Hor Fun, is in fact, pho, and is done considerably well. Loads of coriander, basil (mostly stems?) and spring onion pepper the broth, which has a thin yet tasty, sweet beefy flavour. Expect also lots of beef slices, several slivers of tendon, smooth flat noodles - lots of it - and a mild chilli sauce on the side.
