Gobsmacked by how legitimate my $1.50 egg dosa/thosai tasted. Might be the lack of expectations after very artificial dosa experiences I've been having around the East 🙊. This totally turned the tables; with the acquired aftertaste of a fermented batter in every bite and the tangy tomato chutney X milky coconut chutney.... Nutritious Indian-Muslim food +1

P.S: The lontong gravy was pretty tasty too if not for what felt like outsourced, "commercially made" ketupats.
