Been around for many decades in the UK, a staple amongst the Brits for aeons, serving from sea to plate, and now a piece of their traditional meal brought closer to us •

One of few promising - “cod or haddock can do BATTER” along with thick double cooked chips & mashed peas or bowl of gravy 🐟🍟 A few appetizers to start of with and not to pass; absolute thirst quenching Signature Lemonade •

Depending on one’s preference, (imo) the cod is somewhat lighter in texture with a lower fat content whereas the haddock has a thicker - lean meat texture.
