Tried this plate of Hainanese Chicken Rice (KL Style)! The roasted Chicken was prepared 3hours with fine control of fire, which creates an extremely juicy and tender meat and skin! Chilli sauce made using fresh chilli and chilli padi is definitely on point with a slight spicy punch on your savoury buds which totally complements with the rice and chicken! Soup was prepared using herbs and not forgetting the awesome fragrance and well cooked rice! Every Element was well done which brought upon an unforgettable Chicken Rice experience!
