This was the popular dish on our table for the night! The broth looks clear and mild but it was actually packed with quite a good amount of heat! It wasn't the in your face kind of spiciness, instead, more of the kind that slowly creeps up. Slices of pork shabu shabu were tender but had just a little of that porky smell. Still quite worth the price for the number you get! Squeeze a dash of lime for that extra tang in the broth, it really helped to add that extra dimension to the flavours.
