Smothered under all that rich, thick and sufficiently spicy peanut sauce is a heap of “tau kwa”, blanched sweet cabbage, long beans, “tempeh” and small cubes of “ketupat” (compressed rice cake). I wish there was boiled potato as well but that’s just a personal preference.
Burppler @happygreedyfoodie had told me earlier about how tasty this is and having tried it today, I agree with her. Plus it’s really good value at $4.90 nett.
