The Shabu Shabu set comes with a selection of clear soup (chicken bones and Japanese shoyu) or kimchi soup (Korea imported kimchi mixed with clear soup) base, together with assorted vegetables and a choice of a bowl of ramen or premium Japanese rice from Niigata.
