Just like the Poh Piah, the vegetables like turnip and bamboo shoots shreds have to be cut by the knife to maintain better texture and flavour. Coupled with shrimps and home made chilli, you must put the whole thing in your mouth to enjoy the explosion of flavours. And that's how good they are at Tok Panjang.
