3.5 munchies: Topped with a layer of chive purée and served with sautéed leek, the salmon steak was oven-baked till the skin was crisp. The chive olive oil drizzle made the taste of chives even more overpowering, though. Thankfully for the balsamic vinegar reduction that gave a punch of flavour and some sweetness. Chive lovers would definitely dig this dish!
