Described as tangy but I couldn't imagine how it tastes since the waitress said it wasn't sour. Well after tasting it I second the tanginess and it's just a dish that keeps you going back for rice(in the best way). The lean pieces might be a little dry and tough though, but the fatty pieces were divine. Kept scooping spoonful after spoonful of gravy onto my rice long after the pork disappeared
