Thambi’s (Amoy Street Food Centre)

I truly appreciate stalls that specialise in their craft so that they do not fall into the trap of being a “jack of all trades, but master of none.” At Thambi’s, my craving for a good plate of briyani was satisfied and the owner only sells two kinds of dum briyani at his stall, mutton or chicken.
