With the opening of a dedicated soba restaurant, hopefully they will get more converts. @fujisobasingapore has a wide selection of hot and cold soba dishes makes one spoilt for choices.

After much consideration, we went for Hot Benisyouga Pakuchi Kakiage Soba ($14) and Zaru Dipping Soba ($9) accompanied with Assorted Tempura ($11). They are so generous with soba noodles (similar to Japan) that we couldn't even finish. Plus their Truffle Dashi Maki Tamago with Club Japanese Sauce ($15) is a must have dish. Best eaten hot, savour these fluffy omelette covered in thick dashi stock with strong truffle fragrance.
