O'ma spoon was the first bingsu place i have ever visited in Singapore, & probably was the place that gave me a good impression of the dessert. Coming back here again after a year was a good choice, due to the fact that the nearby competitor, Ice Lab, was full. We ordered 3 different kinds of bingsu: Oreo, green tea & injeolmi (bean powder with rice cakes). The best out of all the 3 flavors was the injeolmi one. A classic yet simple bingsu flavor that packs a punch! The bean powder tasted plain yet so full of flavors at the same time, & the chewiness of the rice cakes gave the dessert the brownie points. The green tea was also really good as it had green tea ice cream on top, & it wasn't too bitter tasting as well. Overall, o'ma spoon is a good place to have your first taste of bingsu as the shaved ice that they use already contains milk in it, unlike the usual style of bingsu where they just make the ice with water.
