Served as a fried pancake, you won't be able to tell that it's made of kway teow. The noodles are fried till it is crispy, and is then formed into a gigantic pancake which is then cut into tiny squares for everyone's enjoyment. This is super addictive, and is ultimately a plate of fried carbs made savoury due to the cai poh. A must-have at this place.
