One of my favourite bakeries in Singapore period. Today the layered Danish pastry of the sugar snail was extra decadent with soft yet detailed “laminated” layers and just the right sweetness from a light sugar coat.
My takeaway for the next day apple cinnamon bun was great lightly toasted, with delicious apple cinnamon chunks and an interesting bread base.
