Had the privilege of dining at Ji at Balesutra in Bali before its official launch!

The Japanese fusion concept restaurant is situated within Tugu Hotel Bali, a restored Chinese temple. When you first step in, you'll be simply awestruck by the intricate and elaborate decor of the restaurant which will make you think you've stepped in an art gallery.

If the feast for your eyes isn't enough, prepare your stomach as the food here is just as delicate and delicious. With a substantial array of dishes available, there's something for everyone. Together with the beautiful and striking cocktails, you're in for a great dinner.

My favourites include Bluefin Tuna Tataki (pictured, 60k IDR or S$6. YES SIX SING DOLLARS), Zaru Soba with Seared Scallops (80k IDR or S$8) and the US Angus Prime Tenderloin (110k IDR or S$11).
