Discovered a new favourite for wanton mee nearby. The sizeable portion of noodles are eggy, smooth and doused evenly in a peppery, sweet-saltish dark sauce, but the best part is that char siew charred to an amazingly aromatic flavour and a slight crunch on the edges! Even the wantons have a nice meaty bite. Price is a little steep but worth it. Make sure to sit in the indoors air-conditioned wing to enjoy this bowl in comfort.
