Securely swaddled by a pillowy pita, the harissa scrambled eggs retained its moisture better (as compared to in the menemen). The minced beef adana chunks' marinade is spice-heavy πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ but with a much better restraint in salt. It may not look much, but it's defo very satisfying.
