Oven-baked salmon that flakes off with every forkful, rounded off with a creamy mash and truffle cream sauce. Not dry luckily. Guess I wasn't expecting much from a club so this surpassed. π«
The semi buffet was pretty decent, comprising of a cold selection of oysters, sashimi, mushroom soup to desserts such as ice cream(green tea!), choc fondue and cream cakes. An 'offline' day away from tech gadgets; just enjoying the sights and breeze from a yacht. Not simple, but so thankful.
