Tomato sauce, mozzarella, bacon and mushrooms with a soft egg set in the centre. Fave dish I’ve tried. Love the thin crust, generous toppings and runny egg yolk.

Cold cappelini pasta, spicy sesame gochujang sauce, crispy salted kombu, soft boiled egg, grilled sliced beef. Noodles were a bit dry, more sauce needed perhaps. Love the umami crispy salted kombu.

Spicy garlic tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, eggs, leavened flatbread, and your choice of beef meatballs or lamb rissoles. The lamb flavor was very strong which I’m not a big fan of. But the tomato sauce was flavorful.

Oven baked princess sandwich of ground pork and egg, and mesclun salad. Nicely toasted bread topped with ground pork. The sour cream added a nice touch to keep it moist.

Tomato infused scrambled eggs, garlic flatbread, crumbled feta cheese. I thought it was tofu at first but it was actually scrambled egg. Love how the flatbread still remain semi-crispy.

Sunny eggs, pan sautéed onions and garlic tossed fries, chorizo sausage, thinly sliced parma ham. The fries were a bit dry but I enjoyed the parma ham and egg.

Soft baguette, grilled chorizo sausage, fresh sliced tomatoes, chimichurri salsa, sunny egg and mesclun salad. The highlight of the dish was the chorizo sausage which was pretty flavorful and juicy.

Freshly shucked Pacific oysters flown in from the USA. Didn’t try this but everyone who had it said it was fresh and no fishy smell or taste.
