Tiong Bahru Galicier Pastry's one of our favourite places to get traditional kuehs, and we're so sad that they're closing down soon😫! Got ourselves a last round of kuehs and pastries, including the Putu Ayu, Kueh Salat, Kueh Dadar, Kueh Ambon, Custard Tart and Custard Puff🤤. We exceptionally love their Putu Ayu, which is steamed pandan sponge cake with grated coconut🥥and flavoured with gula melaka. The pandan sponge cake is soft and airy, and not too sweet when topped with the sweet and savoury grated coconut, making it a perfect light afternoon snack☕! The Kueh Dadar is good too, as the crepe is soft and the grated coconut is fragrant. We love their pastries as they're delicious and not too sweet, making it perfect for everyone in our family🙌. Will miss it dearly when it's gone😢!
