I really loved the smooth, dense and chewy texture of the cake which resulted from the blend of oats and the occasionally crunchy bits of seeds and nuts!
I tend to not like my cheesecake too cheesy and dense as i'll get sick of the flavour easily and thankfully that wasn't the case for this cake. I felt that there was a good balance between the nutty and cheesy taste of the cake. The cheese flavour was still distinct.

And i guess because the cake is so high in fibre, it is really filling and might get jelat for some so i'm actually glad that the cake wasn't overwhelmingly cheesy!
