With an aim of being a sustainable burger chain, the restaurant continues in introducing sustainable and wholesome choices with elevated flavours and quality. The newly launched Singapore-exclusive Grilled Beef & Double Mushroom Burger ($23) will be a mainstay in the menu and this creation is in collaboration with the chefs of Mirazur, the current No.1 restaurant on World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, the team is currently in Singapore for their pop-up residency. Using locally grown mushrooms to bring out the umami-ness, the shiitake and oyster mushrooms are cooked a la plancha in a garlic-parsley oil before adding the sweet roasted onions into the party. The burger is then constructed by adding a grilled antibiotic- and hormone-free grass-fed beef patty, cheddar, a smear of confit garlic mayo and pickled pearl onions, sandwiched between two brioche buns.

A limited time offering, the Crispy Fish Burger with Kimchi Slaw ($22) will also be available exclusively in the Singapore’s menu until 18 September. The Korean-Thai fusion inspired burger contains golden battered fresh snapper with tangy kimchi tartar, lime-coriander mayo, green mango for the added tanginess and organic greens. The burger can be ordered ala carte, buddy deal or a combo set for 2 ($69.80) that comes with two burgers, the must-order and not-to-be-missed Triple Cooked Agria Fries and fresh lemonade, with a sweet ending of Cinnamon Churros ($6.80). The churros are also a new addition into the menu that is made from scratch and fried to golden perfection before being coated with freshly-ground cinnamon. You can choose two dips between the house-made dulce de leche, dark chocolate, vanilla chantilly or lemon curd.
