From a new ice-cream parlour at The Punggol Settlement not far away from Punggol Road End named Wayne's Chill-Out. Waffles are crisp with moist interior, made using the classic eggs and butter batter; simply fragrant. The Coconut Ice-Cream was light and cooling, and the Cookies & Cream had plenty of cookies for a bite. Accompanied with a view of the waterfront at its al-fresco dining area, it's a spot for ultimate relaxation.
