Using fresh vegetables instead of pickled, it feels more like a fresh salad. Don't get me wrong, the yu sheng tasted delicious although the big leafy vegetables making it difficult to toss.

The plum sauce has a good balance to sweet and twang and the golden pouch is crispy. Watch out for the mini burst from the pamelo and salmon

The yu sheng definitely stands out and the small portion can easily feed 8 pax or more.
