I am always intrigued by young hawkerpreneurs serving up speciality coffee in a hawker stall such as now-defunct Apostrophe Coffee & Crafts — definitely knew I had to visit Danger Close when I come across them while scrolling on Instagram.

Coffee is being brewed from a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans — the result was a cuppa that wasn't quite as expected of speciality coffee; probably a little burnt with its bitterness and rather foamy though smooth overall.

That being said, they seem to serve up pretty interesting stuff here, including sparkling tea on tap in pretty interesting flavours (carbonated, not nitro, but still comes with a good layer of foam over the top) and Nitro Cold Brew Coffee that I am looking forward to the soon (they ran out of it when I was there)!
