Definitely a well smoked piece of meat after 14 hours with simple salt and pepper rub, but definitely doesn’t justify the original price 😥😥 BBQ sauce had a nice sweet tangy tinge to it, and meat came with a 80% lean but yet not too tough and padded on the sides with a nice sliver of fatty layer. Pretty good meats but quality doesn’t justify the portion and price sadly ☹️☹️
