I am a stickler for food presentation! Rose AngKu Kueh is known for their delicate and pleasantly chewy skin. They are famous for their uber smooth mung bean filled AngKu Kueh but this coconut filling variation is to die for too. The coconut flesh does not only add texture but also flavour to the kueh. The crunchy meat of the fresh coconut is a good contrast to the soft skin.
