Went around to try somewhere new (to me) for lunch — Hong Hu Express serves U-Mian and Ban Mian along with fish soup for hungry office folks in the area. The dry ramen came with minced meat, fried Wanton skins and a good amount of chili for those who opt for it — the noodles were somewhat slurpy and chewy, while laced in a chili that was more vinegary than spicy. The wanton skin comes a little hard; could have be more crisp than its current form that was crunchy. Also come switch two Fuzhou fishballs; bouncy and filled with meat for a good bite as well as strips of cucumbers that gives a crunch. An affordable option for those working in be area no doubt.
