Things that weren’t stated on the promo:
1. Only Small size allowed
2. Buy 1 vegetable, free ‘main’/noodle category. Not very flexible, cannot be 1 noodle free 1 noodle , or 1 vegetable free 1 vegetable

Came here wanting 4 bowls of noodles but reality was far from what expected promo
