Ginataang means anything cooked w coconut milk and bilo bilo is this dessert w glutinous rice balls and various ingredients, kinda like bubur chacha

Just like bubur cha-cha, there's sweet potato inside and there's a fleshy fruit inside as well, which was delicious. Supposed to be jackfruit usually I think but I couldn't quite recognise what it was. However their glutinous rice balls was really bad, hard and crusty in the middle and has no texture on the exterior.

That being said, the liquid? Was more like a custard. Is almost like soya pudding in texture and was absolutely delicious
