; Grilled Octo I've never really cared for overly tender octopuses (means the living daylights have been cooked out of it; does the Octo no justice).

This char-grilled tentacle had a wonderful bouncy bite to it, served with a smooth white bean purée, briny capers and fragrant browned butter.
All the way up my alley 🤤
