I didn’t have high hopes for Perch, because we generally don’t like fusion food. After all fusion food has a bad rep of being “not here not there”... 🤭

Perch was surprisingly good. Decked in plush furnitures and gold cutleries, the place looked very clean and luxurious. The prices were also wallet-friendly plus there was BB 1 for 1!

We tried:
Pork chop
Steak (300gm)

Both were very soft, and succulent. Done very very well. Will be coming back for sure 🥳
