Never one to rest on its laurels, another of Mouth Restaurant's signatures is the iconic Squid Ink Char Siew Bao. Even though there is not a single hint of the squid ink flavour, it adds a distinctive colour against the bright red char siew. Overall, an acceptable dim sum dish that has more novelty than wows.
