Butterknife Folk has impressed me on every visit; their gelato is always rich and creamy, and their flavour selection always enthralling. It's curious that they fly under the general public's radar.

The sweet and savoury miso is reminiscent of salted caramel, albeit with a whisper of miso's distinctively fragrant saltiness. The black sesame crisps also added a layer of texture, almost chocolate chip like, and deftly elevated the already intoxicating aromatic levels โ one of the best non-traditional ice cream flavours I've had.
