I've been waiting to try their macarons having missed them while I was in Paris, so I was delighted to receive this box from a friend!

Absolutely loving this, even though it must have been a few days out of the oven. The shell had a thin crispy layer which crumbles easily revealing the inner chewy centre, before you hit the creamy smooth ganache or buttercream.

My favorite flavour here would be the rose, it isn't articulate scented like bandung, but delicately floral like a real rose. Reminded me of Cookie Museum's Madeline Rose cookies.
