~ Miyagawa morning market @Takayama Japan ~ when I saw the way this chef grilled the Hida beef in a such serious n even took off his glasses just to make sure the beef just right, can't resist to order too...yupe the taste just right cooked outside n melted inside, he just put some salt n pepper 👏👏👏 ~
