The noodle sheets used are rolled up unlike the traditional flat and Long ones in SG's, pretty unique. Numerous different types of Thai spices make up the broth that was flavourful and peppery in taste. Pig tummy was pretty yummy and cleaned properly without an awful aftertaste, and their Thai Fish Sausage had a sweet taste similar to the Chinese Lap Cheong. :
