This Mala-tang is seriously the most unique one I've tried so far.
The Mala Collagen Soup was rich and palatable.
The potatoes ๐ฅ are thinly sliced and deep-fried which made it crispy!
The fish ๐ is also a MUST-GET item as it's also deep-fried until golden-brown, and it tastes super good.
The scrambled eggs ๐ฅ gave a home-ly feeling to the overall dish.
Overall, I really loved how they deep-fried certain items like the potatoes and fish as it gave a textural contrast to the dish.
