Closely resembles The Headless Baker at Ghim Moh Hawker Centre, @catinthehatbakes is starting out with classic bakes like lemon meringue and pecan tarts 💕 *hint* they are giving out the cutest mini experimental caneles when i was there - and omg it’s the best out of the lot! excited to get them in their final finesse ✨There is also Black Sesame Financier which is my favorite too!❤️ Looking forward to see how they find their place in Golden Mile Food Centre (a very competitive place 😂)
