Stepping into DW Workshop feels like you've entered into a friend's home. A beautiful restaurant-cafe set amidst the lush greenery in the Rochester neighborhood, the space oozes communal vibes and welcomes you with its generous hospitality. The food centers around group dining, with big plates and sharing portions. The Signature Braised Beef ($42, serves 2) was a delicious slow-cooked beef cheek in a sweet-tart balsamic gravy. It was a luscious treat, leveled up a notch when dark chocolate was served on the side and shaved on top of the beef, and it melted in our mouths.
