The abalone was tender and well‑handled, with a gentle chew and subtle sweetness that came through clearly. Cooked in herb butter, it had good flavour and was easily the highlight of the dish. The corniglioni pasta shells looked impressive but they didn’t quite add to the experience, more decorative than supportive. The sauce and vegetables brought some freshness, yet the overall balance leaned more toward presentation than taste. Personally, I’d say the abalone carried the dish while the pasta side didn’t quite live up to its promise 》₩32,000
