Having no pictures on the menu, I was kind of expecting this to be like Pad Thai with beef, not beef char kuay teow! This must be the most pricey and 'atas' CKT ever. The noodles had a nice deep charred flavour (wok hei!), and I think there was more beef than noodles. However, this was really really really oily and I could not finish it. There was literally a pool of oil at the bottom of the bowl, oilier than hawker centre's CKT 👎.
